Since 2006, I have worked across levels ranging from grassroots football and academies to national teams and the Süper Lig. I combine head coaching, match and performance analysis, set pieces, scouting, athletic performance and psychological performance within one integrated football model.

First we won the mind, then the game.
Altay were taken over amid a transfer ban, financial pressure, a FIFA-related six-point deduction and a young squad. The team stayed in the league through character, discipline, live analysis, animation, data and psychological resilience.

METHOD
My work follows a planning, application, analysis and feedback cycle. Technical, tactical, physical and psychological development are connected from the annual plan to the daily session.

Formations are tools shaped by player profiles and match demands, not fixed templates. Space, distances, pressing, transitions and shared principles matter more than numbers.
